cstreasureshop They are true to size. I have listed every measurement from un stretched to Max stretch. Sizing up will always be a good Idea if your close to the max, as you don't want it too tight. That said though Some people love the restriction of smaller girdles,

cstreasureshop Laid flat it is 26 to 40 so 32 will be just right and the hips go 28 to 44 with no problem so it is probably what you should be comfortable in.
