consignment329 How did you make the dress look like a shirt!?

phoofst @consignment329 I pulled the waistband underneath the ruffle, directly below the neckline! I actually found this out by accident - this is roughly how it would go on before I pulled it down into place. It might depend on your chest size how well it stays up (it worked for me for actual wear). If you're interested I can test it again and make a better judgement on that :)
