XXS le chateau Black Blouse

This is such a unique top. It’s ruched and wrapped around the arms and shoulders, coming into the most flattering sweetheart neckline! There’s a little peekaboo on the back, just below the bra line. It is an XXS, I’m an XS typically and it does fit snug but flattering! There is some stretch.
