Xscape High-low floral dress w pockets size 4

Xscape brand, size 4, true to size. I purchased this for a wedding but it arrived two days too late. It has never been worn. New with tags. Has built in cups, back zipper closure, and has pockets. Beautiful, quality fabric. Fit and flair silhouette.
