This is an original 2002 Mattel Kelly (baby sister of Barbie) doll. The actual doll name is "Dream Club Princess Kelly".
This Kelly doll comes with her original outfit as shown, with her crown. There are two dirt marks on her face, which I'm sure can be taken off, just haven't read how to do it properly.
In excellent vintage condition.
