Y2K Bias Cut Reversible Maxi Dress

Two dresses for the price of one, what a great deal! No content or label tag, is homemade. Scoop neck, ankle length (model is 5’10), bias cut, two different pattern on either side. In EUC. Fits medium-large refer to measurements though. Measurements: Ptp 22” max Waist 19” max Hips 28” (slightly open and flowly) I put max because that’s the furthest it would stretch, and it being bias cut there’s always room for the fabric to give.
