Y2K Black and Pink Striped Women's Dress

This is the coolest dress. It’s almost vintage and certainly retro with some 1940s/50s vibes. The cowl neck is so flattering. Tie can go in front, back or side, or, ditch the tie and add a black belt! I recommend patent leather! Pit 2 pit 17”, stretches to 19” Waist 27” Shoulder to waist 15” Waist to hem 26” I loved wearing this dress, my go-to for weddings or any formal occasion.
