Very good preowned condition, soft, dark brown, body-conforming, lacy hem with, V-shaped neckline and lace insert at bust camisole by Penningtons. Not sure if it's Y2K or 90s, but it has a thicker fabric tag that suggest as much and was a very popular style from the late 90s to early 2000s. Very nicely made.
