Y2K Cutest Pastel Windbreaker

The sweetest little vintage inspired number. Soooo 80s. I collect coats just like so. Look at her little ruffle sleeves and the detailing with the pastel purple buttons/etc… that hood! Very coquette and sweet. Has a stain on the sleeve, but still so full of life. Brand has been known to produce garments in the early 2000s. Will fit up to a small, considering the sleeves are quite short. 23” sleeves 18” pit to pit 37” top to bottom
