Y2K Express Black and White Skater Skirt, 10

Great salt and pepper a-line skirt from Express from the 2000s. Lots of swish to the skirt, great to dress down or even wear to the office. Trimmed in black lace. Could be a belted flare: Two string belt loops but no belt included, cut them off if you don't want them. Side zip with hook and eye closure. In GUC, only flaw is small snag in the tweed weave on the side, it blends with the texture of the fabric. Size 10. Approx measurements: Waist 15" Length 20"
