Y2K Express stretch fitted straight leg pants

Classic vintage Y2K. I bought these in that era before Express was in Canada. Fitted stretch pants, straight leg, no pockets on the back. They still fit but 20 years later, I can’t pull them off! Very fine blue and white stripes. Tag says size 7/8 but these sit low on the waist. Think Britney! Inseam 31.5”, Rise 8”, Waist 32”
