Y2K Groggy Orange and Grey Patterned Jacket

Awesome 2000's style orange and grey polka dot jacket made by Groggy. Super retro feel with lapels, large pockets. Fabric is quite light, no tag indicating size or material. Has belt loops, but no belt included. Measures 16"across the shoulders, 21" pit to pit, 30" long.
