Y2K dress from Guess that is super cute. Strapless with mild chest support as pictured. There are strings that can be tied into a bow on the chest or left to dangle. Features a very flow cut Fabric tag has been removed over the years but it is a very soft cotton material, other than this it is in good shape. From the 2000’s. Happy to take more measurements!
