Y2K Lace-Up Mini Skirt

Vintage/Y2K mini skirt! Brand is ‘REQUEST’ and item appears to be from the 90s or early 2000s. Size tag is removed but would fit approximately a Small. Photos with measurements are included. Button closure on flap inside of lace-up section and two hip pockets. Very small and almost impossible to see stain on bottom of skirt (photo included).
