Y2K Levis Low-Rise Bootcut Jeans

EUC Levi's from the early 2000s. These jeans have a low rise (8"), with the waistband intended to sit on the hips. The legs are wide, ending in a slightly wider bootcut bottom. Size tag says 6 medium, but I think they fit like a modern 28 (please see measurements below to confirm). With a total Y2K vibe, you can be the only one with these jeans! Rise: 8" inseam: 31" Waist across: 15.5" (but meant to sit on the hips, not the waist)
