Y2K Rockport chocolate brown suede peep-toe heeled booties, 9.5, EUC

This delightful pair of chocolate brown suede booties is not just cute, but ultra comfy, as one would expect from Rockport. The insoles are also labeled 'adiprene by adidas', which I'm pretty sure adds yet another layer of comfort. Suffice it to say, these are hands down the most comfortable pair of 4" heels ever. The hidden 1" platform certainly helps. What I love most about these shoes though is the perfection of shape and proportion - seeing that kind of heeled elegance in a shoe by Rockport and Adidas is a tad incongruous, to say the least. And yet, these shoes somehow exist. Carbon dating puts these approximately around Y2K, give or take. It's hard to believe, but I really did wear these several times - you can barely tell except maybe from a bit of wear on the heel taps. The suede uppers are velvety soft, and the insoles still look almost perfect except for very slight toe prints back under the peeptoe where it doesn't show anyway. These fit true to size for a standard US9.5.
