Y2K era seer sucker midi skirt. High wasted with a layered flap hem that hits mid-calf. Fabric has some stretchy (not the waistband though). 99% cotton, 1% elastane. Made in Italy! Size: 44, fits like a medium Condition: Great vintage condition, no flaws! Measurements laying flat: Waistband - 15" Hip - 18" to 20" Length - 27" (aprox. because the layers are levelled)
