A Tony Bowls fuchsia ruched and ruffled evening gown, in good condition. There are some flaws/runs in the chiffon on the ruched sections as shown. The dress is fully lined, with a full length corseted bodice. The outer fabric is ruched/ruffled, the dress is back zipping. The hem of the inner skirtis structured with horsehair braid, the ruffles are stitched on top. It fits a size 00-0, and is a size 4 on the tag. The dress measures 30.5" bust, 26" waist, 32" hips, 61" in length.
