Y2K Vintage Red and Black Striped Maxi Skirt

Red and black striped maxi skirt, 90s y2k vintage. Very stretchy. Good condition, mended by me. There is some mild piling left on the outside and a lot of piling on the inside! Does not affect wear. I shaved off 90% of the piling before listing (there was a lot but this gem was not about to end up in a landfill if I could help it!!)
