Teal Y2K halter formal dress with ruching detail and drop waist. Zipper is concealed with an eyelet and loop. Chest has bra cup padding. Mini length, hitting above the knees. Missing two of the fake diamonds, but not noticeable when wearing. No tag, but sizing is xxsmall to xsmall. Waist measures roughly 23”.
