Y2K open sleeve with tie blouse

News/fashion print silky top with rhinestones and studs on the front. Very Y2K cute for clubbing or going to bars. Sleeve is cut open at shoulders and has a tie at the top of the shoulder to keep from opening. Waist is ruched making it quite stretchy. Can be styled with low or high rise jeans. Purchased circa 2009 at Style Exchange, I had removed the tags because they scratched. Fabric is soft/flowy and very stretchy. Probably a size small but would also fit a medium given the flowy style.
