Y2K skater shirt - anime - all over print - skull blue flame Urban Rags Small

Vintage y2k or 90s - gives a JNCO era vibe. Also feels like a vintage anime button up. Beautiful shirt with very cool designs, looks like blue flames from a distance (think guy fieri) and when you get close up you can see the skull and flame face. I think this is boys large but fits like a perfect small on me. Was definitely oversized to begin with as there is lots of room. Measures: 19” shoulders 20” chest 27” length
