V-neck, drop waist, midi dress in a vibrant blue and white. the whole dress is lined - not see through at all. I had the sleeves hemmed to a more simple puff sleeve - you'll notice the professional images show the longer ruffle sleeve detail, which I didn't particularly like. Worn once. In like-new condition apart from the hemmed sleeves.
