YMI Flared Stretchy Corduroy Jeans (size 5 / 27)

Tried on once - never worn out. When trying on, I noticed a small flaw in one of the belt loops. One of the belt loops at the back had the bottom of it ripped out along the seam (see photos); very easy fix but wanted to be sure this is pointed out before purchasing. Did not return as I had already taken the price tag off, but they have never been worn outside of the house. I purchased these for $59.99 + tax.
