diamondmum @jewelsmith872 hi! It says that it’s high gloss like a lipgloss but holds like a stain. Lots of reviews on Sephora. Sorry, as I said, I haven’t tried it and don’t want to open it but obviously it’s quite glossy looking! Don’t know about sticky though 💋
