Because of this, the original No. 19 Le Fuchsia lipstick was created, inspired by a vivid piece of fuchsia silk. It was deemed by the designed the perfect colour to make a subversive statement. Fashion editors at the time asked, “Who would wear such a scandalous colour?” Apparently, thousands of style-savvy women.
