Navy blue off shoulder (stretchy smocked neckline, can be worn either way), 3/4 length gorgeous bell sleeves with embroidered detail, and embroidered detail on the bottom of the top as well. Small keyhole in the front below the smocked neckline. Such a gorgeous piece!
