Yamei Blue Tulle Shift Dress

This dress by Yamei doesn't have a tag listing material contents, but my best guess would be in the realm of cotton/polyester/elastane. The dress is blue with short sleeves, a stretchy pink and grey striped v-neckline with a horizontal back, a loose/straight fit, and a little pleated peplum-style bottom. The sleeves and bottom also have a dark blue tulle accent. The dress has a Sailor Moon-esque feel, though I'm not sure if that was the intention. There is normal wear, but no issues affecting wearability. The hem falls below the hip but well above the knee, and might require something under it.
