This beautiful floral on black tulle skirt has a liner skirt with two layers of black tulle and the top floral layer. It has the perfect amount of volume to make a statement and do a full spin without taking anyone out. It is marked a small but the elastic waist allows for you to go up a size too. It sits below the knee and inch or so depending on your height and can be worn high or low on the waist. My daughter wore this with an amazing pair of purple velvet high tops and a crop, fitted lace top it looked so good! What would you dress this beaut with?
