I apologize for the initial low offer, after looking in detail at the shoe again, I realized it is worth a bit more. However, the wilting/broken heel tab, scuffing, discolouration of the fabric (seemingly from the photos from above), no idea of the state of the inside of the shoe, dirt imbedded into some of the creases/cracks of the heels, and some of the actual heel colour being chipped/faded at the back, I can’t go higher than my second offer.
