Wide and comfy strong waistband with zipper at side and pockets. Top when done up fully measures 18 inches across the chest laying flat and 16.5 inches from the top of the shoulder to hem. Skirt's waist measures 14.5 inches laying flat, and skirt length is 25.5 inches. Cat friendly, nonsmoking home.
