Yellow Plaid Billabong Dress 100% Cotton Size M

loved this dress when I bought new 14 years ago from a surf shop by the beach. it's so cool and comfortable with a string fabric belt and elastic under the bust - very flattering. Unsure if I can even part with it so I won't be accepting any offers under the asking price for this one. when it fit me I was 5'4 and approx 130-135lbs happy shopping!
