Yellow and Black Enamel Pin in Display Case

Unique enamel pin featuring a yellow and black design. A lapel pin of the 1st Cavalry Division insignia. Also known as First Team. Comes in a clear display case. The insignia Symbol Black stripes, was designed in 1921 by Colonel Ben Dorsey and his wife. The yellow field represents the traditional colour of the cavalry while the black stripes symbolizes baldric a belt worn to support a sword. The horses head represents a cavalries mounted heritage.
