Yellow cotton popover blouse

Dramatic crisp cotton blouse in a warm deep yellow colour by New Zealand brand Ruby. Has a “Victorian smock” look about it with a higher collar and gathered ruffles at the neck and cuffs. Button closures at back of neck and at long cuffs. Seam down the back. Cut wide thru the body, with a rounded hem and side-splits. Not for tucking in. NZ size 10 = Cdn size 6. In very good condition but note there is fraying of the fabric at the back below the buttons - see last photo. Measures approx: 20.5” across chest 24” long (measured from base of collar)
