Yellow dress with peplum hem

Bright yellow mockneck dress with ruffle sleeves and peplum hem. Excellent condition, worn only once to an event, extra button still on the fabric tag. UK size 8, US size 4 For reference, I am 5'4 32-26-36 usually wear XS-S and I've included a picture of how it fits on me.
