Yellow floral peplum top with cap sleeves and ruched vneck

Material has lots of stretch but the top is form fitting. Very cute ruched detail on the neckline, cap sleeves, and peplum style bottom. True to size. No damage. Something I bought years ago and didn't wear much. Pit to pit is 17.5" Length 25"
