Yellow skirt&blouse summer set 🌼🌼

Vintage JCPenny short sleeve button down blouse with Vintage skirt by Winners Choice. These items were not originally sold as a set- and are not even by the same brand- but they are perfect for each other so I’m selling them as one. They make an adorable matching summer set in such a great colour. The top has white piping, adorable big white buttons and cap sleeves. The skirt has a snap button and zipper front opening and two big drop pockets at the front. Elastic waistband. The label is Winners Choice, and it is Made in the U.S.A. 75%polyester, 25% cotton Size small, see photos for measurements.
