hunnibunni29 @carliehawkins you havent tried calling google??? They are in california ive called them several times about things and always had someone that speaks fluent english. Shes committing fraud its a felony charge. Usually they will refund you 100 percent of money lost within reason....they gave me 350 back for just a game with false advertisement. ..i would try them first no offense because your bank will ask if you called them already im sure..just trying to help ;)

It has a few minor flaws (shown in pictures), but Chanel can refurbish it, it would come back looking basically brand new. Unfortunately, I am currently living in Mississippi and the closest Chanel is 6 hours away 🙁.

nikkidahl @hunnibunni29 yes it is older than 5 years old. Yes, I too had heard rumors that Chanel is no longer refurbishing or refinishing bags older than 5 years old. I called and spoke to Chanel in saks that I purchased the bag at and they said that I could absolutely have it sent in and refurbished. hunnibunni29 @nikkidahl well, it isn't a rumor. I did call my local Chanel and that is their new policy. The Chanel store through Saks may be different or maybe they changed the policy back but I bought a bag from 2013 last year and they said unless I have the original receipt I won't be able to do anything. Most people who buy only don't get original receipts, I've only seen them advertised a few times

nikkidahl @hunnibunni29 I didn't have the original receipt, but I had them fax me a copy of the purchase. This was 3 months ago that I called and the lady I spoke with might have been misinformed. I had heard and read so many different things so I was unsure of what the truth was. I will call saks back and speak to an associate in Chanel to see what she says.

However, if that is the case that you cannot send a bag 5+ years of age with receipt, which the more I'm reading and inquiring about it, you are correct, they will not accept any bag with or without a receipt 5+ years since purchase date, I don't think the purchaser would be disappointed with its condition. It's exterior is extremely white still, no stains or discoloration.

nikkidahl @hunnibunni29 the bottom sides of the bag, the top of the bag and the handles have a bit of wear (only noticeable if you are looking for flaws) and the interior has a bit of discoloration, no large or dark stains. Lastly, there is creasing. I would rather keep than sell for a low price because it is a beautiful bag and no longer made. I was only selling it because I'm trying to down size my collection of light color d bags due to have two small girls 5 and 3 and trying for another next year.

nikkidahl @hunnibunni29 After thinking about it and searching the price of the other gst's for sale on here, I had mine priced a lot lower than all the others, most priced at $2000-$3000 and they were in similar condition to mine. Since they are no longer made and cannot be refurbished, I am contemplating not selling it, unless it's for the right price. Thank you for being such a sweetheart! How old are your 3 girls?! I love having girls and motherhood, it's the biggest blessing in life 💗
