Yoki ladies colourful suede like size 10 ankle boots

Ladies fashion ankle boot with beautiful colours. They say size 10 but i wear size 9 and I find these boots a little short in the length. I can’t wear them ,3 1/2 inch heel. One of the tabs on the zipper is torn ( look at photo) other than that they are awesome.
