Young, Broke & Fabulous - 🌈Tie Dye Flutter Maxi Dress W Pockets!

Light and airy (and in need of a good steam!) this is a beautiful dress by YF&B ready for the beach or Pride ! Original purchased for myself for pride but think it would be better suited to a smaller chest (under D cup) due to the ruffle at the front.
