jackiecee456 I’m really pissed about this fiasco because I needed the shoes for a conference I’ll be attending in Louisville, KY. When I bought them on 2/20 then you shipped on 2/24 (your policy states 1 day) I had a feeling something just may go south. You say you sent me someone else’s order, yet based on the package contents, there’s nowhere in your sold items you ever had a pair of black Cole Haan sneakers. So was there an actual mixup? Now I have to ship these back and wait for my refund.

I adhere to Poshmark's shipping policy, which states, you will receive your item 1-3 days after shipment. I dont promote a 1 day shipping policy. I'm not sure where that came from. I hope that everything can be resolved quickly to provide your refund.

jackiecee456 @hopestrange On your about page, it says your average ship time is 1 day. I get that you could have mixed the shipping labels up for 5 to 10 items, but it’s mind-boggling for just 2. I’ve been a posher since 2015 and when I sell multiple items, I write on the label what the item is BEFORE it’s even packed. The bottom line is, I was expecting you to ship the shoes 👠. once returned/received-I wasn’t expecting a refund. 😡

strangethangs @jackiecee456 Good morning. I am not perfect but I am honest. Again I made a mistake. Poshmark automatically issues a refund when a return is processed...that wasn't my decision. Yes, I normally ship quickly...Poshmark calculated the average ship time. I didnt enter that information. I have been caring for an elderly parent, recovering from the flu and pneumonia. Alot has been going on here. I have apologized and I am truly sorry but I am still human.
