jessicaddy @rackay it takes a day or two for the case to be reviewed and approved and then they sent me a shipping label to send it back. I had the same thing happen with a different primer from a different seller a few weeks ago, and it took a few days after it was delivered back to the seller for me to get a refund, but I did get the full refund, shipping and all.

Both are new and unused (: please feel free to send an offer! Most of my items are listed with bundles/private offers in mind 😄 & I haven’t actually tried the Tarte glossy lips, but Tarte is my FAVORITE so I wouldn’t be surprised if was Long Wear, you could look it up on the Sephora or Ulta website an see if the description says if it’s long wearing or not ✌🏼😚💕
