I’m thinking Large to XL. Two minuscule dots on each lapel. You can hardly see it. Possibly take a toothbrush and rub it out. TIP if you are unsure of sizing – take a garment of similar style and measure flat with a measuring tape. If your numbers are the same as mine, it will fit.
