lindsaystclair Now her acct is marked for vacation until next month. If she was going to be unable to ship, that should have been done before or at the very least she may have communicated her situation. I would have understood but instead she was silent.

lindsaystclair @mydooneycloset agreed completely. Their PM acct should be suspended or something if this is how they choose to handle sales. It's very disrespectful and upsetting to someone who is expecting to receive an item that they purchased.

lindsaystclair @mydooneycloset totally. And I certainly understand that life happens. But then communicate that. If she couldn't ship then she could have cancelled from her end and I would have gotten my refund much faster. It's the downside of PM that this is like the 4th time this has happened to me. There needs to be a system of curbing that behavior. I wish you the best!
