rosiez45 Hi Stephanie! The “hips” on these r around 18”x2 and the waist is higher. I am 5’8” and I typically wear a size 8 in jeans or shorts or a 29” or 30” and they r a bit baggy on me (but not super baggy) which is the way I like them❣️please ask if there is any other thing I can help with😁!
