Youth - Black Velvet Blazer

Black Velvet Jacket - Never worn - pockets are still stitched closed, vents at back are still tacked down - fully lined - youth sized 18 - photo looks like dust on jacket, but that is just how the velvet photograped.... there is no dust, it is in perfect condition - chest measurement is 35" - length of back of jacket from bottom of collar to hem is 28" - possibly a slimmer fit
