This insulated hunting coat is a Youth XL however will work as a extra small-small womens coat.
I wore this myself and the arms were a tad short, however I have longer arms than most but this still kept me warm for the Spring and early Fall.

@leslieharris447 Hello! Unfortunately I don't think this would fit a medium man. I'm usually a womens small and this fit well in the waist but was at wrist level in the arms.
