Pocket details on front I believe the size is 42 which according to YSL Ready to Wear Guide is equivalent to US/CAD size 10. I’ve include that chart in photos but also please see the lay flat measurements. Designer sizing tends to fit smaller. 16.5” waist 21.5” long
