Very cute , ruffle , mini, colourful drees. Long sleeves , V- neck with ruffles around, stretchy around waist . Ruffle from the waist down. Lined from the waist down , so it is not see through. Worn just once and I realize is little short for me ( I am 5’8), if you are average height is perfect. Measurement Length 28” Pit-to- pit 17” Waist 26” Sleeves length 22”
