linnenhall I ordered these boots from you... I haven't yet worn them however I thought they were size 8... they are a 9 and huge on me I ordered the size 8. I am wondering if you made a mistake when you shipped as I see yiu have a size 8 and a 9... I wear a 7 or 7.5 I figure the 8 would have been ok as they are boots... can we switch them? I haven't worn them they are so huge... please contact me to see if we can exchange the boots. thank you so much.

linnenhall @ysjeanjac well the tag says size 9 and they are so huge I am in shock how big .... I take a size 7.5 I figured 8 would be ok as they are boots but they are a size 9 says on the tag still not worn tag is intact on ... can you help me with this???

linnenhall hi it's me with the size 9 boots... what do you suggest we do? I really can't wear them 2 sizes too big,the 8 is what I ordered... that's even big but it could work, can you ket me know what we can do to exchange the boots please.
